Gr. Ch. DOM. Barecho B Witched ‘Annika’ was imported from Sweden in June 2018. Giving us a solid foundation for our own prefix ‘Wytcher’ and our introduction to the dog show world. Her first show experience was with us in Sweden where she earned herself a nice High Promise (HP). A brilliant start in Australia saw her awarded Best Puppy in Show in her first show. Going on to gain her champion title nine months later in 2019. Along the way being awarded a RUBIS (2022) to go with a Best Open in Show (2023), multiple class in group wins, 3 x BIG, 4 x RUBIG and 30 x BOB and Grand Champion in 2023. Her essential “Springer movement and true type” has been recognised by International and Australian judges. Having given us two beautiful litters (17 puppies) with our senior stud dog Barecho Custom Made, and a third litter of seven with Crackerjanne Court Favour, she is dam of multi BIS, multi BIG winning puppies. Her latest award (in 2025) is Dam of Merit, the first for her breed in Australia, based on her successful conformation champion offspring. Annika is a joy to live with, the perfect mother and companion, and outside of the show ring she enjoys agility and swimming. She has a great sense of fun and the classic Barecho smile to greet those she loves. She is well adjusted and happy to be handled by many of our show friends.
